As a part of curriculum II year Pharm.D students have visited local Nandini milk dairy on 18-04-2024at 12:00 PM along with subject teacher Dr.S.Rahul and faculty Dr.Syed Mohd to learn certain techniques related to microbiology such as pasteurization technique and processing of milk etc.Mr.venkatesh Joshi, Dairy Incharge , Mr. Govardhan BR,Diary supervisor and Mr.SunilBarki,Chemist and PunithKumar,staffexplained in detail about pasteurization, processing, cooling and storage of milk.Every student has understood the techniques and clarified their doubts.Students were happy with the visit and the kind of hospitality. Overall the visit was very informative and memorable one.
