Pass in PUC or 10+2 or its equivalent examination of any approved board or university PCM/PCB/PCMB.
B.Pharm (Lateral Entry)
Pass in Diploma in Pharmacy from recogized board.
A pass in D. Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
Pharm D
Pass in PUC or 10+2 or its equivalent examination recognized by the board Exam with PCM/PCB/PCMB.
